A spring Home Tour is the major fund-raiser for our Branch. It is held annually on the first Sunday in May. Each year we sponsor homes in our community that are unique in different ways as to architecture, decor or historical interest. All members participate and donate their time and talents to this gala event.
In 2009, we earned more than $8,000 to provide financial assistance to women who wish to continue their college education, but need financial support. The scholarships are shared by graduates of Saddleback Community College who wish to complete a four year degree and women who apply to the national AAUW Educational Foundation for Advanced Studies as well as sponsoring several 7th grade girls to attend Tech Trek science and math experience

Remember this activity supports Local Scholarships, Tech Trek, a weeklong science and math experience for 7th grade girls, as well as Educational Foundation grants to graduate women.
